I was slightly nervous about having my hair "done" as I rarely do anything with it and didn't want it to look contrived/ too "wedding-y" and Victoria completely understood this. She created a braided bun that was inspired by Dolce & Gabbanna...it felt modern yet timeless and stayed in all day and the next! She was also a pleasure to have around on the morning itself. This is one Stylish Bride. I knew Lois and I would get along well when she showed me her hair inspiration for her wedding…. a chic braided bun, similar to the ones seen at the Dolce and Gabbana show. I love braided hair styles, particularly for the summer and have been keen to try this one out on a real bride for a while now!

She had the perfect length hair for it, although we tweaked certain aspects to suit Lois’s face shape and hair texture. The florist provide a selection of small flowers for us to scatter amongst the braid and the veil was placed neatly above for the ceremony.

Lois wore a Caroline Castigliano gown with an incredible low cut, lace detailed back, and wore Aurelie Bidermann gold, drop, statement earrings. The coolest of combinations!

One sign of a good hair style is how well it stays in place, Lois sent me photo with her hairstyle (including flowers) still looking perfect on the first day of her honeymoon in Italy!!!!
